The Medina Mariners Dinghy series will be held on alternate Wednesday evenings on dates to be advertised on the MMA Notice Board. Races will be sailed under current IYRU rules, RYA prescriptions and the MMA Racing Rules

Owners/Competitors attention is drawn to the fact that the Chief Race Officers or the Officer of the Days decisions on all matters relating to IYRU rule interpretation is final there is no right of appeal.

By signing this Race Entry form and starting the race the Owner/Competitor warrants that:

a) the MMA Racing Rules have and will be complied with,

b) valid third party insurance cover is carried

c) neither the Sailing Committee, the Organising Association, nor any individual involved in the organisation of the race shall be held liable in any way for any loss, damage, injury or inconvenience to persons or property, howsoever caused.

d) the Owner/Competitor has informed and obtained the agreement of all crew members (and in the case of a minor, the Parents or Legal Guardians agreement) to this and all other disclaimers contained within the MMA Racing rules.
