DINGHY PARK TERMS & CONDITIONS

1.   The use of the Dinghy Park is for Members of the M M.A. only.

2.   All dinghies must display a current dinghy park sticker.

    3.  Only one dinghy per space (no piggy backing).

    4.   All dinghies must he of seaworthy condition.

5.  It is the responsibility of dinghy space - holders to keep their space   tidy and clear of weeds.

6.   Any dinghy should not encroach upon an adjoining space not  allocated to them

7.   Any dinghy space not paid for by the 1st Match in any year, will be reallocated and dinghy there on will be removed at the owner’s expense.

8.   Dinghy spaces are not automatically transferable by the sale of any dinghy thereon.

9.   All concrete paths should be kept clear.

10. Security of all dinghies to be the responsibility of the space-holder.
