The Medina Mariners Association 2004 series of races are detailed below.

Owners/Competitors wishing to enter the races should read this form carefully and tick ALL the appropriate Race Entry boxes and ensure all sections on details are completed in BLOCK CAPITALS. The Declaration MUST also be completed and returned together with the appropriate Race Entry fee. Entry fees should be made payable to the MMA and should be returned with this form to Mr Peter White, MMA Sailing Secretary, 100 ADELAIDE GROVE EAST COWES PO32 6DD
