The Medina Mariners Association seeks to be involved in consultations that affect the Medina Estuary. We have representation on the Cowes Harbour Commission Advisory Committee through Medina Combined Clubs, and liaise regularly with the Isle of Wight Council as the body responsible for the management of Newport Harbour.

We also monitor planning applications and general development proposals that may affect the Medina Estuary in terms of their potential impact on leisure facilities and activities, and provide responses to the Isle of Wight Council or other agencies as appropriate.
